Fashion brand BEL KAZAN is seeking a Part-time Assistant & Retail Sales Person

(Part-Time)

We are seeking an entry-level Assistant to help our Operations Manager with all daily tasks involved in a wholesale/retail fashion company. You will help with shipping, customer service, data entry, social media, research, run errands and also work retail sales in our store etc. This position is for someone who is eager to learn & grow within a fashion company. This is NOT a fashion design or stylist position. It is more administrative & customer service oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Must have some prior customer service experience, customer solutions and/or sales experience
    • Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Must be VERY organized & detail oriented
    • Must have a great attitude & be a team player and be comfortable working in a small business environment
    • Be able to be correspond with customers on phone & via email in a professional manner as well as in store & willing to work 1 weekend day in our store
    • Relevant internship experience will be considered
    • Ability to use computer software including basic Mac skills, Word, Excel. Graphic design programs such as Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus though not necessary
    • General interest and knowledge about fashion
    • Ok with lifting & moving boxes between 2-20 lbs
