Fashion Line BEL KAZAN is seeking a Part-time Customer Service & Shipping Manager/Assistant

(3-4 days a week)

Customer Service & Shipping Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring effective sales order management & ensure all jobs are shipped with correct items and on time. Serves as a single point of contact to provide consistent, positive customer experience. Responsible for initial order entry, management of order changes, and coordinating order fulfillment as well as assisting CEO with daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must have some prior customer service experience, customer solutions and/or sales experience
• Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be VERY organized & detail oriented
• Must have a great attitude & be a team player and be comfortable working in a small business environment
• Be able to be correspond with customers on phone & via email in a professional manner
• Relevant internship experience will be considered
• Ability to use computer software including basic Mac skills, Word, Excel
• General interest and knowledge about fashion
• Ok with lifting & moving boxes between 2-20 lbs

• Assist in daily tasks including social media posts, sample management, photoshoots, assisting CEO of minor tasks around office including running small errands if need be. 

• This position is for someone who is eager to learn & grow within a fashion company.
